They are usually attended by District Councillor Gerald Morris and County Councillor Steve Jarvis to enable residents to discuss local topics and keep up-to-date with news. Look on the noticeboard outside the Village Hall to see the date of the next meeting.

Local historian, Peter Gartside, has recently published a history of Kelshall entitled
Millenium to Millenium. Kelshall - A History.
Based on original research covering a thousand-year period, it also incorporates some areas of the village's history researched by the late Alan King, to whom the book is dedicated. Peter records the recollections of many of the village's senior residents. The book is over 220 pages long with 160 illustrations and has been printed to a high standard.
Copies are available at £20 each, with half of the proceeds going to the Kelshall Church Restoration Fund. To secure a copy whilst stocks last, please email Peter at: peter.gartside@cantab.net
